One machine, clear limits. If your job sits inside them, we can cut it; if it doesn't, we say so straight away instead of stringing you along for a week.

How it works
From drawing to finished part in four steps

You send the drawing
DXF, STEP, DWG or PDF. Your browser shows what the file contains and whether the part fits the bed — before you send anything.

We check the file
We look at whether the contours are closed, whether the hole sizes make sense for the thickness and whether the part is better laid out another way. We call you if something looks off.
- 03
You get a price and a lead time
A written quote by email: a fixed price and a lead time, not an estimate. It is worked out by the same person who went through your file.
- 04
We cut, and we tell you
You get a message when the parts are ready. Collection from Autoilijankatu 26, or freight to your door.

Common questions
Before you call
What format should the drawing be in?
DXF is best: it is a 2D format the machine reads directly. STEP works too, as does DWG. We can quote from a PDF, but we still need a DXF or the dimensions before cutting.
Can I order a single part?
Yes. We charge no small-batch surcharge, but two things are worth knowing: on one part the set-up time is a larger share of the price than it is on a run, and the smallest jobs are always invoiced at a minimum amount. The quote states what it is.
Do you supply the material, or do I bring my own?
Either works. Say which in the quote request — it affects both the price and the lead time.
How clean is the cut edge?
On thin sheet the cut edge is clean enough to need no finishing. In thicker steel, oxygen cutting leaves a thin oxide layer; that is normal and comes off in the pre-treatment before painting.
Do you do press braking as well?
Yes. Give the bends in the quote request and we price the cutting and the bending as one job.
How quickly is a job finished?
A quote by the end of the next business day. Requests arriving outside weekdays 9–18 are counted from the next morning. Production time depends on the queue and on material availability — it is stated in the quote, not afterwards.
