Metal laser cutting

After the cut
A cut blank is usually not a finished part yet. These happen under the same roof, so you deal with one supplier and one invoice.
Press braking
We fold the blank into the finished part. Tell us the number of bends and the angles in the quote request, or send a 3D model that shows them. We will do the flat pattern for you if needed.
Tapping
Threads cut into the part, so assembly does not need a separate operation. Give us the size and the number per piece.
Powder coating
The part leaves painted. Give us a RAL number or describe the shade; we work the area out from the drawing.
Marking
A part number, a revision or a logo lasered straight into the part on the same run. No label to fall off and nothing to mix up at assembly when a batch holds two nearly identical parts. Say in the quote request what the marking should read.
On accuracy
On thin sheet the profile tolerance is typically in the order of tenths of a millimetre, and the cut edge is ready for assembly. In thicker material the edge tapers slightly — that is a normal property of laser work, and if your job needs tighter, say so in the quote request and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
